Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and OnSight Labs. You must read, understand, and agree to these Terms before you access or use OnSight in any way, including requesting access, creating an account, signing in, or using any feature of the platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use OnSight. You must not request access, create an account, sign in, use any part of the platform, or complete payment for a membership. If you are already using OnSight and do not agree, you must stop and discontinue use immediately.

Before you pay for a membership, OnSight presents a prompt requiring you to read and accept these Terms and any policies linked from them before checkout or membership payment can proceed. By completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to those terms and policies at the time of purchase.

By requesting access, creating an account, signing in, using OnSight, or paying for a membership, you represent that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent, and that you meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3.

We may update these Terms from time to time, as described in Section 13. If we require you to re-accept updated Terms to continue using OnSight, you must accept before further access. We may refuse or discontinue your access if you do not accept when re-acceptance is required.

OnSight Labs provides a browser-based market research workspace, including integrated charting, an options lab, flow and market intel, and related research tools. Some features may be in development, limited to early access, or announced ahead of release.

In these Terms, “OS Labs” refers to the OnSight Labs platform and the products and features made available through it.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use OnSight. By using OnSight, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security

Your membership is personal to you. You may not share your account credentials or provide live access to OS Labs to anyone who does not hold their own active membership. If we find account sharing, abuse, unauthorized use, or any other violation of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to the platform and delete your account, with or without prior notice.

You agree not to:

• Use OS Labs for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of OS Labs
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of OS Labs
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of OS Labs
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from OS Labs
• Share account credentials or provide live access to OS Labs to anyone who does not hold their own active membership

OnSight is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing provided through OnSight Labs constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

All content, features, and functionality of OnSight are owned by OnSight Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Data, visualizations, and analytics displayed through OnSight are licensed solely for your personal, non-transferable use during an active membership. Systematic redistribution of live or near-real-time content to third parties is prohibited unless we approve it in writing.

A paid membership on OnSight requires payment of applicable fees. By subscribing, you agree to pay those fees. Your subscription may auto-renew unless you cancel before renewal. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

We may suspend or terminate your access to OnSight at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or OnSight.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnSight Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of OnSight.

OnSight is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that OnSight will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through OnSight or via email. Continued use of OnSight after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
